This includes 2 or more times a week 1 on 1 Personal Training with a coach. Sessions are 60 minutes long and fully personalized to fit a member's goals and current skill levels

10 Class Package

This package will give members access to 10 group trainings a month

Full Week Warrior Membership

This membership includes unlimited access to Monday-Saturday Classes. Also a monthly goal setting appointment which includes nutrition coaching, short term goal setting and assessment.

Online Training

This membership has weekly programs written for the member via our training platform

Hybrid Membership

This includes once a week 1 on 1 Personal Training with unlimited access to our group training sessions
